Owner Representation Services
Owner Representation Services provide the team leadership and administrative management required to undertake a construction based development initiative. This requires a firm understanding of the expected outcome, and the constraints the project will be executed within. Project planning will determine the owner’s requirements and scope, against which the performance of the project will be measured.
The Owner Representative will assist with developing and procuring the design team, and managing them throughout the iterative design process stages. The project master schedule, budget, risk and value reviews will indicate performance against objectives, prior to procurement and management of the contractor/CM through to closeout.
