​​​Project Controls data is the common language between the various facilities, design and construction disciplines. It is a process for controlling the investment of resources in an asset. It is used to plan, schedule, budget, forecast and measure the performance of the project.

The project control process captures project inputs (such as objectives, constraints, assumptions, historical data and scope), and develop outputs that support analysis of actual project status and performance against a baseline. We utilize time tested techniques and systems for cost planning, schedule control and commercial management to deliver the necessary transparency of data for decision and analysis.
