Questant Corporation has entered into a strategic alliance with Aspiron, an India-based consulting firm, to provide a broad range of services to corporate, institutional and private equity investors looking for  investment opportunities by entering either the Americas or the Indian market. We shall be helping our client access capital and growth opportunities through direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances. We identify and address strategic and implementation risks of establishing new operations and/or managing existing operations.

Each of the firms’ principals brings a diverse set of experience and skills to our clients in a seamless and transparent manner. Our clients work directly with principals and gain access to local micro-business knowledge and expertise. The principals have worked both in the U.S. and overseas and bring a strong understanding of dealing with business and cross-cultural issues. Our approach is to deliver quantifiable and measurable results to our clients.

Questant is managed by principals with decades of experience in project finance, project management, and risk management. Questant has worked with clients across a range of sectors, including the biotechnology, education, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

Aspiron provides strategy development and implementation and investment advisory and transaction services to international clients seeking to establish and/or manage existing operations in India. Aspiron is managed by professionals with extensive experience operating in both US and India. Aspiron principals have worked in diverse sectors including financial services, real estate and manufacturing.
